I have two concerns about the kit that maybe you guys can answer.

    1) Can you still see the chrome at an angle?

    2) Does the sharp edges come into contact with the paint? I am concerned that the edge would get pressed into the paint and leave an outline if I ever removed them.

    Thanks!

OP, try the link below. For $100 you can replace all badges with matte black and not have to worry about the issues you have raised.

Ah, gotcha. I thought you were concerned with some chrome showing and that can be an issue with the overlays. Either way will look great.

The ones that I got fit very well. No chrome seen but enough room to fit my fingernail between the overlay and the paint.

Here are some quick pictures I took at the most extreme angle I could get my giant block of a phone.

Edit: Oops. New here and posted the same picture a few times. I won't mess it up and try to delete them haha.

WOW! You are a pimp! Thanks for taking the time from your day and take these photos for me. I am going to order a set right now. Did you use the tape only or add some glue just to make sure they stay on????

Lol well it is in the name! It was no problem, snapped them on my way to dinner. I also figured out how to add in photos and added and extra one of the Tacoma Badging.

I used the adhesive it came with only. No extra glue.

I'll echo @pimpmaximus77 the kit fits very well and doesn't show any of the chrome. Also, you'll see when you get them, that there isn't really a hard edge, they are fairly soft/flexible. I don't have a close up like his, but here's one on mine:
    IMG_1376.jpg IMG_1395.jpg

I'm very pleased with them and they were easy to put on. I did not use the front one because I have a Pro grille and the 4x4 and SR5 also went unused on my TRD OR. That's my only complaint, I wish he had a cheaper kit for the Sport/OR that didn't include some of the badges.

I have them on my Black SR5 and they fit great and seem to be very good quality.
