Anyone try switching out the Icon nitrogen fill port for a fox nitrogen fill port?

Has anyone tried switching out the Icon nitrogen fill port (for a needle) for a fox nitrogen fill port (a typical Schrader valve). By the looks of it the bolts look the same size. If they are the same size, I cannot see why this would not work, correct? They both serve the same function, and if they fit the threading perfectly and have the same sized o-ring, I think this is very viable.

 

They are not interchangeable. Especially the newer and smaller Fox parts.

This will replace your needle port if you have the clearance for it to the top hat and or coil bucket.
