What's with all the posters spamming this product on here lately? It's an obvious shill operation. Give them a warning then ban them if they keep it up.

It’s odd to see this, and if it’s a spam campaign it’s disguised very well.

I’ve seen this from amsoil distributors but this is different. I think it’s just viral marketing that’s working en mass right now.

    ceramic is a solid.

Something about putting solid ceramic into oil meant to lubricate (a liquid) sounds odd

Or ya know, this is like a site for people who like modding their trucks and stuff so some people are interested in anything that might net some performance gains.

Same logic behind CAI, aftermarket exhaust assemblies, RIPP coil packs, etc. :notsure:
Some folks swear by them, others swear against them. No need to hate on people at the end of the day cause it's their money to burn if you see it like that.

If they're making DEFINITIVE statements about improvements and encouraging others to spend their money, then that's where the difference lies.
Calling out BS should be encouraged, I'm sorry that you don't see it that way.

Logic, reason, and the art of debate appear to have gone the way of the dinosaur.

So here, let's try this again... if this product is so amazing, such an incredible game changer, why aren't auto manufacturers using it?

You think thousands of people in the product reviews are all suffering mass delusions? I'm sorry that you see it that way. Go argue that with the CAI intake crowd and see where that gets you.
You're welcome to criticize, but don't get bent out of shape when people point out the flaws in your argument.

The answer is YES. It's called confirmation bias.
NOBODY wants to feel like they wasted their money.
Herd mentality is a real thing.
Bystander effect is also a real thing.

Ah yes, the old I'm so smart and everyone else is a dunce logical fallacy. Love to see it.
Anyway, this has already been addressed, but since reading comprehension and understanding actual logic doesn't seem to be your thing I can spell it out for you.
    - Why does the stock taco come with garbage tires that don't last?
    - Why does the stock 3rd gen have a god awful factory tune?
    - Why doesn't the stock taco have power seats?
    - Why does the 3rd head gasket tend to blow up?
    - Why did they remove the cubby holes in the 3rd gen bed?
    - Why do stearing racks tend to break and go out on the 1st gens?
    - Why is frame rust an issue?
    - Why super white paint failure?
    Should I keep going?
The answer is that every manufacturer uses cost cutting measures, no matter how great the reputation or proclaimed build quality. Once the truck gets through the limited factory warranty it becomes the owners problem, not toyota's. There's a dozen things that could be done from the factory to make these trucks better but aren't. Furthermore, auto manufacturers only recommend an oil weight, not tell people what brand to use. This being a 3rd party oil additive, it would never be recommended by a manufacturer in the event that one person somewhere did have an issue with it. And to that point, many oil makers actually do use a version of liqui-molly's active ingredients in their high mileage blends. This is just a concentrated amount. Maybe do some research before starting arguments.

Do you even know what the Bystander Effect is? It has nothing to do with this thread lol. Unless you have some sort of super hero complex?
"The bystander effect, or bystander apathy, is a social psychological theory that states that individuals are less likely to offer help to a victim in presence of other people."

Also I notice you continue to edit your comments to try and make it look like you know what you're saying. Enough already, go argue somewhere else.

Auto manufacturers are in business to increase shareholder value.
If they can save billions of R&D dollars by pouring a can of magic "not an oil additive" into their factory fill, THEN THEY WOULD DO IT.

    This is Business 101

If a stupid fuel magnet actually worked, they would use it.
If Splitfire spark plugs worked, they would use them.
