All original with 195K miles. Purchased some 22 years ago with an 18 year gap of ownership.
They have a good price on the front wheel bearing and I tried to call and ask a couple questions on other things.

No answer and kicked me out like 7 times in a row. Then an answer in sales. I inquired about the bearings I wanted and was put on hold two times. For some 13 minutes before hanging up.

I guess I will order just the wheel bearings themself online and be done with it.

I’m curious if I contacted them on one horrible day or if this is business as usual.

    4 run, 2 don't
They've been around for years and I've ordered parts without issue as well as many others.

    Sucks about your experience though.

Used them multiple times without issue. Never tried contacting them though.

A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
Are you joking? 1/2 my paycheck goes to these guys. Never once had a negative experience.

I didn’t say it was bad to not order from them. I did online.

What I said, was phone conversations is useless from my experience. That’s why I inquired, were they having a bad day maybe?

When 7 calls over a 10-15 minute time frame ends with disconnections saying to try again later and when finally getting someone on the phone I am on hold for 13 minutes after inquiring about wheel bearings for my 1995 Tacoma and giving up sounds like business as usual to you… I am even more concerned that you are spending 1/2 of your paycheck there.

Not trying to sound rude. It was just a very strange experience as they seem to have quite the inventory of useful parts for our trucks.
