Someone bumped my rear bumper in a parking lot or something (didn’t leave a note, of course), and scratched/rippled the plastic bumper cap. It’s not super noticeable, but I’m one of those people whom it’ll bug the hell out of.

I saw that I can buy a paint-matched replacement on oempaintedparts.com, but I don’t know anything about the site. I did some searches on here, and there’s a few mentions of it, but none of the posts mention having actual experience buying from them.

Anyone buy from them and can share their experience?

No body shop paints panels based off paint codes. They all color match and blend. My two experiences with painted panels were close but you could see. One was a used part that was from the same year same color. It was close, but you could still tell. I tried a pre painted after market fender on a mgm tacoma. It was a total fail. You could see it a mile away. Understandably that greys are notoriously hard to match. It looked better than the banged up mess that was there, but not by much. I ended up taking it to a shop and had it repainted. I have no experience with the company you are looking at, but I would be shocked if they were any different.
