    Hello,

Anyone using the Shark Kage ramp on their Tacoma?

    http://www.sharkkage.com

Website says you need 48 inches between wheel wells but that is just so the ramp can lay flat in bed when not in use. I plan to detach the ramp or use it as cargo box when not hauling my bike so that doesn't bother me. I can't find any pics or videos of a tacoma with one installed though. Would like a tacoma owners opinion before I spend $100 in shipping to get it sent to me.

    Thanks,
    Sam

Will tail gate support the weight of ramp and weight of what you are loading?

It should support the weight ramp weighs 78lbs I think. Will be hauling BMW F800R. Right now I use Titan triple wide ramps so I can ride the bike up or walk up next to it. But the Ramps take up most of free space in my bed then. This ramp would act as tailgate extended leaving rest of bed open for camping equipment.
