    Hey TW,

Anyone with an ARE MX canopy with yakima bars that could measure the distance between your towers? Assuming you have roof rails for the towers.

Trying to get a measurement for the windshield.

I'm pretty sure you'll get measurements that are all different. I've seen rails being installed differently in different instances.

I have a 1st gen tacoma with an ARE MX and I installed my own rails at 38" on center. You couldn't go much further apart than this on a 1st gen. Now I know the mold for the 2nd gen is different, so that measurement will be slightly off.

I highly suggest waiting until you have the topper and measuring then.

I've seen them dealer installed differently, just get the tracks between the thinner part of the shell roof (the single thickness sections), a bit more towards the downward curve but still flat and you should be fine. There are multiple threads on this if you search.
