Anyone with black bedside decals on black truck?

I’m considering adding black bedside decals to my 2017 4x4 Tacoma. My truck is black, and the decals I’m looking at are flat black.

Does anyone else have this setup? Just trying to envision how it’ll look.

I have a matte black hood stripe on my SS & it looks good.. Go for it. Subtle yet noticeable in different lighting conditions. I love that look.

 

Likely to be quite faint in appearance... here is the 22+ decal on my black 19 for reference.

I like the idea, I'm curious too.

 

Seems like a waste of time and money. The only person that will notice it is you.

 

Is there any other reason to do it? A real waste of time and money would be to do it for the reason of getting noticed by others.
