Anyone with PE rolling tonneau with explorer rails and above bed rack?

Looking into the PaceEdwards rolling tonneau with the Explorer rails. Looks like these are aluminum and conceivably could handle an above the bed rack, while still having a locking storage underneath. Other than Yakima or Thule racks, anyone have the Explorer rails and is using a more sturdy bed rack system? I haven't found anything that exists just yet. Thanks.
