Nice to see a lot of people who opted out of the tech package like myself. I gotta admit, the JBL would have been nice but the non JBL system sounds like a Mark Levinson system compared to my '14 Accord Sport that only had 4 speakers. That system sounded like old time radio.

No tech for me. The way I thought of it, is that it would be more electronics to go bad in the future. Wouldn't have minded the JBL and to get rid of the chrome bumper but it just wasn't worth $3k to me

Didn't get the tech package. Would have paid a bit for the sunroof but nothing else in the package made sense for me. The audio will be replaced regardless and other bits didn't matter to me.

I had JBL in my last one and while it was nice, I just didn't care to pay the extra few thousands for the tach package. I have the nice looking touch screen, but I don't have the moonroof, backup sensors, JBL etc. I don't regret it either. While I miss my six disc changer with JBL, it wasn't a deal breaker for me.

Just curious - is the head unit, software, NAV, phone connection goodies, speakers, etc. the same with the non JBL tech pkg vs. the standard system without the tech package? Can't seem to find a clear answer on this - some say Entune Premium? This is for a TRD offroad level - not SR as i know that is a different head unit.

Trd and Limited come with Entune Premium. Limited gets the JBL label on the head unit but it's pretty much identical to the entune premium..I believe it's just to indicate the JBL soundsystem you get..so the speakers and the subwoofer in the back.I heard there may be a certain apps only available with the JBL system but I have not seen it.
