I had to spend like 5 minutes just excavating the screws to get it out of the truck. Its squeaky clean after the dorkel and several other wheeling trips though

Whats the purpose of the truck?
    If wheeling:
    Tow straps
    Highlift
    Breather mod
Sliders (trail gear weld on are cheap)
    Spare parts
    Tools

Go have fun doing some stock wheeling! Save up for lockers and a winch.

In 19years of wheeling here are complete wastes of money:
    Offroad lights
    Snorkels
    Fancy tents
Those sand ramp max traxx things
    Lifting it prematurely
All terrain tires if you plan on wheeling more than twice a year in any terrain that has any amount of mud.

If you are not going wheel and want ricer shit to look cool at the mall or on the gram:
    Offroad lights
    Snorkels
    Fancy tenta
    Sand ramp max traxx things
    Lifting it prematurely
    All terrain tires

    Haha true!
I don't know how much a modded truck goes for though. I'd say a little less than clean stock truck.
Mines frankensteid too because of the swap so I'd be on the lower end of the sale stats.

    That's some mud!
I hit a silt bed while driving across a dry lake bed on this year's Baja 1000 course the day after the race.
My air filter was a little dirty. A snorkel would have helped.

K&N's are great for extra airflow. They're not so great for off roading or dusty roads.

You mean the one they call a "cold air" intake that takes air from directly inside the hot engine compartment? Yeah, I have one too. lol

    Yea.

Evreyone I know who had purchased ATs for light wheeling has regretted it and ends up buying mud terrains anyway. You can get a mud terrain that is 95% as good on the street, has almost the same tread life, and is way better offroad. The days of not being able to hear the radio are gone with MTs, they are pretty quiet now.

How about the snow with mud terrain?
Think AT are better. Not as good as snow tires but better than MT.

Yea that's the 5%. Mts kind of suck in snow under 3". Saying that I Daily Drove them on 2 different trucks here in chicago for a long time. Adjust your driving accordingly and it's fine. Now that I have 2 vehicles, truck gets parked all winter as lockers f/r in the snow is not fun.
