He broke over on the rocks, and they managed to get him off the path for the night. nah he's gonna make it harder and just wheel his bronco when it's finally manufactured.

I don’t even wheel and I want it up there. I pulled the hitch that was mounted because it hit too frequently just from gutter departures.

I could give him credit for fab skills, or shit for hitch placement.
Knowing him as I do, I chose the later :D

Bunch of haters, lol. Honestly when i had my bedsides cut/no bumper and stock hitch i cleared plenty of places where a swingout caught others.

Just drug the hitch otherwise how ever i pleased cause it wasnt going to hurt it

Yeah, it'll be fine. Plus I don't want to cut if off now. :D

Was messing with the inductance settings this morning for the hell of it, and definitely noticed an improvement.

I will say this, that hitch placement will come in handy to use as a step to get into the bed. My hidden hitch and smooth license plate location (like yours) leaves no foothold for a quick reach into the bed. I kinda wish I’d added a lip or something to step up. I currently use my shackle mounts but they’re sketchy when wet.

Clean looking welds my dude! What model Lincoln do you have now? I think I remembered you having a Hobart in the past.

210MP. Had it for 6 or so years now. Never owned a hobart. :notsure:

I still hardly have a clue what I'm doing but lay down an OK weld once in a while.

I think @xtremewlr has a Hobart, sold the 1st gen awhile back for a 4th gen T4R though...

Yup, still have my Hobart 140 from Tractor Supply. Works good. Built the bumpers on the Tacoma and the 4Runner with it.

Made these for a customer yesterday at work, they are 1” thick with a 40MM hole. They are going to fill the chamfer with weld

    Hobart 210MVP here.

Great machine, but you wouldn’t know that by looking at my welds sometimes…

Pretty stoked on this thing given it's one of my bigger fab projects and first bumper.

The simple solution to the low hanging hitch is to bob the bed. I never drag mine :cookiemonster:
