Got a new belt grinder recently and it prompted me to finally straighten up & organize my grinding table. Why did it take me 10 yrs to do this???

And, FWIW, the Ameribrade grinder is the best value tool I think I've ever bought. It is soooo nice to use! After my sad little Jet died and I had to return a unit I bought from Palmgren, I'm finally pretty stoked!

I do like the abrasives stand. So very neat and clean.

I'll never reach that level of organization.

I did that first thing! I also added some cold rolled rod for all of my homemade speed squares.

You are smarter than I! Rails for clamps on the welding table are next...

I’ve always been big on organizing little things my shop but never thought about sharing pictures in case it might help others that need to declutter or keep things accessible.
Here’s a few of my contributions:

I love a shop tour. I’m always amazed with what folks come up with for making the most of their space… I like your tables!

Thanks! Place is more of a mess than usual. I have two large projects going on at the same time (bumper swingout and sliders) and have not bothered to clean up in the interim. But everything is on wheels so it can be moved around if needed.

Because they are :( This is my first set up at home. I’ve been welding in another shop for a little while and decided to get something I could tinker with in my garage

I really like the drawer system you have. I’ve been thinking about a way to organize/store consumables

Getting your own setup together is a huge step!

We just moved into our new house a few months ago so yeah it was a push to get stuff going with all new tools. If I made something, it'd be at work when I had time.

The wife wants me to build all of our furniture for the new house, so I convinced her I would need a few things ;)

Those are the HF organizers. I got tired of unstacking them every time I needed something so I built a quick rail system so each one can be pulled out individually.

That's what mine is. Work shop, chill spot, it's my favorite spot in the house.
