Much better . Clean is better for pictures.

I thought you were using the 2 Meter leads through the side of the case.

Yes, the leads will remain poking through the side as you have to manually tap into your plasma cutter for voltage

Here I circled the areas (one is hidden behind the front bezel) depicting where in the board I tapped

    20230918_161639.jpg

The new VIM box will be taped to the side of the panel with double sided tape and the leads will plug in there

The CPC plug in the back will be used only for torch on and off

Other plasma cutters aren't even CNC-friendly and you have to tap in for torch on and off as well as voltage

I would drill a hole in the case and use a insulated grommet when you receive your new VIM box.

I used to install machine torches where they were not an option and make the internal connections on many different machines.

All part of getting tables set up in the field so much better then oxy- fuel cutting radiographs I don`t miss that

That is an excellent suggestion; I've done that shit for car stereo installs through the firewall but didn't even think about it here

Mainly cause the vents I poked the wires through have smooth rounded edges

I used some salvage yard door bumper grommets when I wired mine.

    She's running raw voltage now

    20230919_122530.jpg

I guess I'll run it this way and set aside the new module that's on the way as a back up

Nice. Have you tried reducing the cuts to say 3 - 4 per side and about .5-1'' in length?
That would make welding them in a lot quicker and the bends sharper.
