    Awesome, good to know. I'll start working through that soon and shoot you a PM once I get like a basic idea going.

    Got a second shim kit from Fireball; I underestimated how useful they'd be when I got my first set some months back but with these shims, I don't find myself rummaging through my scrap hoping to find the "right" sized pieces

    20240809_200456.jpg

    Case is from Amazon, and I plan to add a few more shims for a more complete kit

    Lol nothing special just some square tube to frame out the bed since the bed floor was cut out. I'll get some pics of the inside in the morning.

    Someone on my press brake group hooked me up with a bottom die he cut off of a larger die.

    20240810_121233.jpg

    American tooling which I'll use as a "mock up" piece in making my own press brake attachment.

    Just need a top punch.

    Goal is to see about making holders that will allow me to use this common tooling.

    Been off line for a bit… and am slowly catching up… Wow, you got a press brake! Looks sweet! The parts look really good! Being able to use American tooling would be amazing. The stuff from Langmuir looks pretty good and affordable....

    PS - press brake group? :)

    @Zebinator

    Didn't you order that Titan 25T?

    Cause if so, you don't need to learn anything about anything I mentioned above :rofl:

    CNC press brake does all the work for you so you don't have to work like a lowly peon such as myself

    Oh yes it’s on the way! I could have it now but I don’t get home until mid September!

    but still, tons to learn. The cnc (in my experience) is also a fantastic shortcut to making very expensive mistakes. lol.

    No my friend built it all himself. I just helped with some welding here and there nothing crazy.
