For what trigger pullers get paid not surprising at all .

Most often the lead person sets the welder up says here you go.

The finish department missed that one.

i get into a few places like this now and then sad really

When I worked for a mom and pop shop years ago we would get applications from a local large manufacturer, the welders job was to call someone when wire stopped coming out. But I guess if you have taught someone to make that one weld 500 times a day then hiring and experienced fabricator dosen't make sense either.

You might not like my travel time to the west coast a bit expensive to change
a contact tip or liner I bet you could buy a few new welders unless it was a New Pipe Worx with all the add ons

About the only times service calls are practical is for Robots and cnc plasma tables not like the fork lift person with most common parts in the truck

You just need to leave a cart at the end of the driveway for him. Haha too funny.

I've been having a lot of that stuff held at distribution. Getting nervous with people stealing things these days. It's inconvenient, but I'd rather just go pick it up. With some things at least

    Here's some of my work.
Currently running a miller prototype machine that should be released this month. I also have a miller invision 352mpa with p/p gun a profile pulse for aluminum, miller 252 and Lincoln 256. The Lincoln is ok but have had a few issues with them and very difficult to get Lincoln to do anything. Millers support has been spot on. And before anyone asks, no tack stacking or trigger welding! All continues. All pics are with zero cleanup. IMG_1563.jpgIMG_1525.jpgIMG_0896.jpgIMG_0851.jpgIMG_0409.jpg

This just happened to me with leaf springs. The pair were strapped together making it impossible to carry. Super glad I was home and available:cookiemonster:
