I see this far to often !!At onetime they might have been at the top of the game.

Can be caused by a few things Burnout doing it so long you just no longer care.

Stuff going on at home ? Needing to keep working at a job you really no longer care (hate) to do.

Being in a position you just can`t walkaway .

Some comeback to what they were others just get worse .

We all have those days now and then if they come to often it is time to rethink things.

It get up every day at 0300 no alarm and look forward to work.

I do feel sorry for the people plasma cutting 3" aluminum by hand.

Update. Finally had to wrap the tusks in 3/16 cable. Took 2 days and 2750 feet of cable. End weight is 250 a tusk.
Was a boring 2 days. Hopefully these never come back againKIMG0884.jpg KIMG0883.jpg

It came back, then went to the graphics department, have not seen it finished yet. I work in a 140,000 sq ft building, and those guys are on the other side that I rarely go over too. I will see if it is still there this week and take a pic .
Yep, that Heeler is my best buddy. Great shop dog. He is slowing down now big time at 16, and he does not like Las Vegas Summers and 110 degree weather at all. He still enjoys a margarita by the pool.
    Cheers.

Came home from gluing metal into funny shapes and this guy and his buddy were wandering around in the street. I live in a pretty cool part of Vegas where everyone has one acre and bigger properties with horses. Anyway, normally they take off when I drive up, today, this guy came right up to the truck and had a stairdown contest with me. Big beautiful bird. But when they get noisy, you can hear them from a mile away.

Pretty happy with my new certiflat welding clamps. I have 2 fireball tools clamps on the way. Waiting to see what I like best before I make a bigger order.KIMG0892.jpg KIMG0891.jpg
