    I’ll shoot you a pm

I don’t really want to use it to make a business out of just side stuff and things for Facebook market place and help do projects around the house. My dads works well and he’s always cutting me stuff but now that he’s moved out of state I think I need my own. Next issue I run into is I’m out of space in the garage so I’ll have to do some rearranging or something lol

Completely understand. Metal fab is my side hustle and I use my table mostly for slider fill plates and cutting out my Hi Lift jack rock slider adapters. But occasionally I cut out other random things that are fun or random brackets I need or whatever I want really haha.

No matter what you use it for it’ll become your favorite piece of equipment I guarantee you!

That’s more what I’m looking to do. A little metal fab side hustle as there’s not much in Vegas for tabs and real off road fabrication stuff so you always have to order everything. Wanted to make tabs, hitch skids, and other easy things to sell in town and online.

I guess that might help for people learning later in life or just have plain poor hand eye coordination.

Back before my first job on the Big Ark in school we all learned oxy- fuel welding before even touching anything electric.

Years later picking up Tig was rather easy no flame to adjust

I was thinking the same thing but didn't wanna shit on the OP. Seems very unnecessary to me but maybe that's why they're giving them away? Hahaha

I'm not a professional but took welding classes in school and they started us out the same way. Oxy-fuel first, then stick, mig, DC tig on steel, and then finally AC tig on aluminum.

What’s the second photo? The weld looks small for the material and not enough bite on the top plate.

Hey what’s up man! It’s like 18” long by 11-12” tall. I can’t exactly remember but something close to that. I already gave it to my boss and didn’t measure it haha.

What did you have in mind?

It's not a plate, it's barely a sheet. For my puspose that's all I need.

Figured it would be best to "cap" the mitered corners with some plates before drilling and tacking on some nuts for leveling feet. Don't judge, it's Flux Core.. That'll be the last of the welding finally.

Part of the reason I still can`t come to terms with self shielded wire.

Customers give it to me all the time.

Long story short, I am making a Challenge Coin Display Stand for the Board of Trustees of my Marine Corps League Detachment.

    Looks kinda like this....

Was trying to figure out a way to incorporate The Eagle Globe and Anchor.......

So they need not be the size of your boss's flag.
