I'm finally getting around to putting in my powered Rockville sub. The problem I just discovered is that the amp adapter plugs into the same place as my anytime camera.

That is the adapter I am using.

Is there any workaround, or should I just tap in and use a high-level front speaker connections?

It’s only using 1 wire from that whole connection (for the amp turn-on) so you have a few options.
You can hook it all up and it will work just fine.
You can eliminate that whole bundle of wires from the LOC, and find the same wire it’s connecting to. Chances are that same wire is also being used in the anytime harness. Splice or T-tap that wire on the anytime harness and connect the red amp turn-on wire.

I probably wouldn’t run high-level to the Rockville. It’s internal parts aren’t great, so I’d try to give them less to do
