anytime fog light mod + aftermarket 3 contact switch?

Im starting to get frustrated, been working on this for 3 days now. I have a switch panel i made with 5 switches (DTRL, bed lights, trying to do fogs, light bar, led cube reverse lights) everything works but the fogs, the switches have constant power. With the anytime fog lights mod done, I put the wire that says was for 12v fog relay on the factory switch to the output of the new switch and the fogs worked right anyway I tried, but as soon as i turned the key on the fogs wouldn't work at all. I removed the fog light anytime mod and with the key on they would work with the low beams with key on, good but i want them on when ever I want (highs, lows, none). I then flipped the ground and the wire going to the fog relay around and put the fog light anytime mod back on and again works great anyway i want with the key off and then when they key comes on, no fogs. Someone has to have wired their factory fogs to a regular 3 contact switch with the any time fog lights mod. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
