So, here's my plan. I want to install the anytime front camera/rear camera mod.
I want the camera to go into the original slot of a TRD Pro grille.
As I understand it, the anytime camera which is from Nakita, will not fit into that slot. (OEM is a bit more squarish)
I want to take an OEM front camera, and wire it to the anytime kit.
These are the wires off the OEM Camera.
    Will it work?
I'm assuming pink/white wires are data.
The top wires, GND, and I think the other wires are to activate it, and so forth, but if we have a positive/negative and data, I feel like it should work.
The anytime camera has I think 4/5 wires depending on if you go premium or not.

The info you have posted is for the Panoramic type front camera. Wires 1 & 4 are "CAN" system related.
Positive and Negative juice are 6 & 5.
    Video is 3 & 2.

    @caribe makaira @kaptainsims

Has anyone done this with the OEM camera and anytime wiring?

So for the anytime wiring setup, would wires 2 & 3 from the OEM camera be wired into an RCA jack that would then go to the female jack on the anytime switch?

Would wire 5 from OEM camera be grounded to the chassis?

Would wire 6 from OEM camera go to the green wire on the anytime switch?

Would wires 1 & 4 from the OEM camera just be capped and unused?

If you plan on snipping the OEM camera harness, yes. But the aftermarket setup uses an aftermarket camera (Natika)
It's already wired to the chassis via the OEM camera harness. Are you adding a OEM camera?
No, Aftermarket doesn't switch the juice, it switches the video (+).
Yes, if you're adding a OEM camera that has the CAN feature.

Yes I would be adding an OEM camera as there is currently no camera. You can buy the plug including 10ft of each of the six wires online. This would be mixed with the anytime system. I talked with the creator of the anytime system. The only issue is changing the voltage to 6V for the OEM camera from the 12V coming from the head unit. Wire 6 seems like it needs to go to the power green wire on the anytime system but has to be taken down to 6V in between. Camera would have no power otherwise.

FYI, the head unit supplies the 6v dc to rear camera, so you'll just tap into the wire.
Also, the aftermarket kit with RCA video switches the (+) video on the cameras. Seems the info you got in your consultation is grabbled.
There will also be a need to acquire the harness to the head unit that provides power/signal to the reverse circuit. This makes the install "anytime" and your confused green wire info.

So how would you go about installing an OEM camera with the anytime system? I do not have a camera and don’t want the anytime camera.

I bought an aftermarket camera that fit in that OEM slot in the grill and used the anytime harness. DamGuide can make a shim that holds it in place, if you do a search it is probably an easier solution.

Since you have a source for the OEM camera and the connector with a 10' length cables (they need to be loomed and secured) then a selected location to pass them into the cab is needed, a few locations are easy accessible. Once cables are in the cab, the video signal wires will require a RCA connector added in order to mate with the anytime relay harness. The head unit harness is also required in order for all to function. So in essence the purchase of the aftermarket harness are required, just substitute the Natika cam with the OEM cam. The power to the cam needs to be identified in the added harness to be tapped into to supply power to the OEM camera.
The Green wire is from the switch to the relay that selects which camera to view.
