    what I really have my sites set on is doing some of the mountain passes in Colorado...

    I will attend one of these proposed snow bashes though this winter at either AoAA or Rausch.

    Alright so I guess we'll start discussing it here quickly before making another dedicated thread since so many of the people I wheeled with this weekend I'd happily wheel with again...

    @bski22 and I are in the preliminary talks of doing a Colorado/Utah trip within the next couple years. I have a list of places I want to hit, so probably a ~2 week trip we're looking at:
    -Engineer Pass
    -Imogene Pass
    -Black Bear Pass
    -Moab
    -And possibly Monument Valley since we'll be out there

    My list is a lot longer but those are the "big name spots" I'm desperate to hit

    Im in. Im not exactly a planning person.. But I was thinking about going this coming summer. Not sure on dates yet, but I can take off 2 weeks + travel days (estimated 2 days to get to/from Colorado to east coast)

    we did independence pass at the end of 2016.
    very nice drive, but was mostly paved road....
    we did see a couple trail entrances for high clearance 4x4 vehicles, however we where on a schedule and only one vehicle at the time.
