Looked around for answers, didn't find one that gave me enough confidence.

I have an ARB BASE Rack and just bought a apache 9800 case to mount to it. Going to carry misc odds and ends like a come-along, straps, spare parts etc.

I plan on just bolting it to the roof rack. I'm wondering how many bolts I need to be safe and not have this thing fly off on a highway. The BASE Rack uses dovetail mounting, so I have to buy some horizontal mounts that have bolt holes. Each one supports 13.6 pounds and I plan on buying two. So my initial plan is to secure it with 4 bolts. Is this enough?
