    Anyone know why I have to reformat the SD card every other day? The whole unit just shuts down while driving but first shows " reformat sd card. " before shutting down

    I drive a Miata.
    Either you have a bad SD card or you dont have it set to overwrite old files. Try swapping the card and see what happens.
