    Ok, I am about to order but now I can not decide between the 3D or 4D :confused:

    I have never used light bars of any kind before so I am a little hesitant to choose a pattern not knowing what will offer the best utility for off road...

    3D is great for close and medium ranged light. 4D is great for long rang light. If you intend to do night drinking on slower more technical terrain, or places with lots of turns then the 3D is great. If you are doing higher speed or long back road driving, then the 4D will be better. Either light will be a huge improvement and will work. The details between the two are just fine tuning really.

    Did you mean to say drinking or driving? :)

    Im no Baja racer but I figured with the headlights, they would provide the close range light then the light bar could help with long range light.... This is where I am getting stuck with which to choose.... If the headlights are going to provide light at a close range, I think I would like something that reaches out in the night a little more...

    As you can see I tend to over analyze things... :D

    Damn iPhone mixed with it being too early, haha. DRIVING.

    If this helps, I have heard from 4D owners that say their 4D is so bright, it also provides an amount of flood lighting for them. I am actually stepping my LED up to a 4D soon so I can get some experience for myself. Like I said, both are an improvement from the stock lights. Both are bright and will improve your visibility. I would say choice between the two is only about 20% of the total light output. And don't worry, I work with many people who have trouble choosing. I have never had anyone get either beam and come back and say "I think I want the other, this isn't doing it for me." So I suggest thinking about it, making a choice, and sticking with your gut feelings. Then enjoy it!!!

    Group Buy closes on Friday, 10 June at midnight! I will not have my personal 4D by then. Probably another month until I upgrade because my 3D works great.

    Also for anyone waiting, once this closes on Friday then it's closed. I am sure I will get a few PMs asking me to extend the deal, but once it's closed normal prices will apply. It's not fair to those who jumped and met the group buy rules to extend the deal. It is also the aspects of the group buy that allows us to do this. Cali Raised and I are only able to offer these prices through producing higher levels of parts. Simply put, the more you build/buy/paint/etc the cheaper the costs. Thats the basis of why group buys work. I am not trying to be rude or mean to anyone here, or anyone that asks after it closes, just trying to be transparent so you people understand the "why" part.

    Thanks again to everyone who has participated in this hugely successful group buy!!!! You guys exceeded our expectations here and we are so lucky to be part of the TW family!!!!!!
