Anyone else with apex sliders have a howling noise coming from them. Not to bad at 60 but when I hit 70 it's constant.

Started when they went on, so yeah, pretty sure.
Not sure what else it could be.

There are tons of threads about whistling and howling noises.

You should try and locate where it might be coming from and search for it. Lot of guys had whistling from the grill/hood area and there is a TSB for it. I think there were few guys who had whistling from the side mirrors. To name a few.

There's a bunch of guys here with those sliders and I haven't heard them complain of any howl after they installed it.

I figured as much as my search don't turn anything up. Hard to track down when its only at 60+ but I'll do some more searching

Well, reached out the window and pulled the mirror in, bam gone. Thanks guys. Just assumed sliders due to the holes in them.

Yeah I've never heard of sliders inducing wind noise. Glad you already figured it out.

Me either but those are the first I've owned with step plates. Oh well! Now to find that TSB and have them fix it!
