AppRadio 4 Question

Does anybody have any experience with the Pioneer AppRadio 4? I installed one a couple of months ago and its great for Carplay.

However, there's supposed to be a GPS feature and for the life of me I can't figure out where it is. I installed the GPS antenna and a parking brake bypass in case that was the problem, but I don't see any GPS program through the Pioneer user interface.

I also live in Canada so I'm not sure if that has something to do with the lack of a program, or the availability of any apps for the App Radio interface.

Anyways, I bought it for the Carplay and I'm happy with that, but it's a bit of a piss off that I went through the effort of installing the GPS antenna (and made my dash look less pretty in the process) all for nothing.

If anybody has any suggestions for getting the GPS to work, or for getting the App Radio apps to work in Canada - it'd be much appreciated.

 

I feel your pain man. The user guide might as well be written in all foreign languages.

Since this is out-of-the-box functionality, maybe you can give Pioneer a call?
