Hey all -- I have a 2018 OR at 190k and going strong! I make sure to keep up on my maintenance, interior is excellent, and tires get refreshed every 60-70k or so.

Right now, it's bone stock for the most part with "tasteful" mods, but no big changes like suspension, lifts, engine mods, etc.

I was wondering what you guys think I should look out for, take care of, or think about upgrading?

It'd be pretty awesome if after 7'ish years and 200k miles, I was able to do a few changes that make the truck feel renewed and the driving experience refreshed. Maybe that's finally doing a suspension upgrade?

I'm also not really concerned, but am slightly concerned, with transmission and engine issues that could arise. Like I said, I do stay up on my maintenance, recently replacing the spark plugs, flushing coolants, and replacing some belts. Oil every 7-10k.

Was hoping to get some advice from other high mileage owners or anyone who has experience with taking care of their vehicles at high mileages.

Appreciate any and all advice or thoughts. Thanks all.

With 25k miles a year, consider now what your long term plans are. If you are going to keep a mid size as a daily driver, I’d suggest you go test drive a 4th gen. If you don’t mind it and think you could go to one in a few years, then keep your 2018. If you hate it, now is the best time to get in to a newer low mile 3rd gen. Your 2018 is still worth a bit, and paying now to start fresh may be the best solution.

When they get to be at that "age", I find it's best not to fuck with them too much! Keep your oil and air filter fresh and leave the rest to God.
