April 18-20 Uwharrie Run

That looked like a slick nasty mess. Although looks like a lot f fun. Slick mud is no friend to a prerunner.

 

It sucked with 4wd and open diffs but I made it without a pull.

 

2wd locked would have probably been a nightmare.

Lockers really don't help much on slick shit. Most of the time makes it worse off than not.

 

All it does is pull your ass end around.

Swinging the ass end around is what makes it worse. My ass end slid sideways all day, the only thing that kept me moving was the front tires pulling. You would not have made 20 feet into the trail in the conditions. Just saying.

 

Good thing I went camping and riding in blue ridge instead.

Lady's and Gentlemen, @Coast2Coast_Yota is having a thanksgiving off-road trip to Uwharrie November 28-30th. All is welcome to come. Lets have a good turn out and wheel and drink beer. Decals will be givin out to everyone that shows up. right now we have around 20 Tacoma's and some jeeps. I know we don't really talk jeeps on here but its all about showing off your rigs and having a good time. So mark it on your calendars for November 28-30. AllProOffRoad is sending me a lot of stuff to give out. still working on it but they said they will ship some stuff over to me.
