Awesome pictures! Definitely dig the plethora of Trucks. Can't deny the Ford Anger, its a head turner. But nothing beats the Toyota's, Nice truck man! Looked like a blast.

Alright, so let me get this right. You guys at SS toyota changed my oil, could not get the oil filter off and did not tell me, risking a engine that costs thousands to replace? Great customer service, I took the wires out since I dont need the lights anymore, and I did clean it up btw. How about you guys worry about informing the customer about your lack of knowledge and able to perform maintenance on vehicles rather than worry about 12 guage wiring going down to the battery.

My part in "getting my oil changed" is providing you with service and jobs, while I write the check to make sure that I have a working vehicle. So I'm pretty much cutting a check to you guys and you half ass the work and don't tell me you couldn't finish it? It's been a few months, and I have had the oil changed, your lucky I don't take this back to the dealership and ask about it. at this point it's a done deal, and nothing I can do, if I had known what I do know months ago, wouldn't be fun for the manager.

and since you work at a Toyota dealer...shouldn't you know the difference between a "Landcruiser" and "LX470"? Or do they not really "teach" you guys much these days?

Not trying to be a-hole here, but I'd like to understand the lack of information and the lack of informing me. And no, I was not back there and they could not get the filter off. If I was back there, I would of known about it.

I didnt do it!!! Im am telling you about it! its not my job to change your oil! hell you should be doing it yourself since you seem to obviously know a decent amount about your Landcruiser, I am also sooooo sorry that a lexus and landcruiser are basically the same damn thing and look exactly alike, my bad next time i will remeber your vechicle specifically. Next time i wont tell you at all and you can keep bringing it back to the dealership for oil changes until your motor blows up, sound like a good idea? i was the youngest kid there i was only 18 and i only worked there for 2 months and i wont be going back, its not my job to tell you its the service writers job. They wrote on the ticket saying they couldnt get it off and that you needed to bring it back to get it removed i guess your service writer desided its wasnt worth it. YOU KNOW WHY!!!!!...because when you come in for an engine rebuild toyota makes a shit ton more money than on your oil change! THEY ARE ALL FUCKING TERRORIST LIERS DOWN THERE ALL THE SERVICE WRITERS!!! The techs. are decent guys its the fucking service writers. your oil filter will be fine as im sure you know they easily go 6000+ miles and toyota says change your oil every 3000 so nothings going to happen as long as you check to make sure they change it next time. i also dont like you coming down on me after i said multipe times that i didnt do it. After all the horror stories you here these days i cant believe anyone still goes to a dealership for simple work. you want to know what i did at toyota? BRAKES!!! all day every day thats it.

I found out the other day that the service writers at the toyota place here in Milledgeville work off commission. Never going back there again because they will most likely tell me anything is wrong with my truck, trying to make a buck.

Nick, you back in mvill yet?

It's cool dude, no reason to freak. I understand shit happens, and yes, you are right. the service writers at SS Toyota are terrorists. I can't believe my eyes and hears with some of the shit they try to feed me lol. BTW, LX470's and Landcruiser share absolutely no body panels, or suspension components (besides sway bar). LOL, I must say, 99% of the people don't know/see the difference.

I'm glad to hear you quit, nobody should be put through that. Are you still working on yota's?
