Ordered an Aero LPK, BCM Gunfighter SOPMOD stock/buffer assy and Gunfighter Mod 3 grip. Also ordered a LaRue MBT2S trigger.

At least in a few weeks when my lower is out of jail it’ll have some new clothes to wear.

10 day waits are around 15-18 here currently.

Also not sure when my lower will be shipped to the store, so I’m sure I have time ahead of me. Guessing around a month but they’ll call Tuesday with an ETA on the lower.

Nothing too exciting... maybe a little rust
Wow and I feel like I'm overpaying if I spend more than $100 on a stripped lower

I bought a pile of blem 80% lowers for $8 each a few years ago. I doubt I'll ever use them all in my lifetime. I even used some as beer tap handles....

The M-16. The worst POS ever forced on an American GI.

    Thank heaven for JMB.

As others have said, EOTech has question marks after it. Do your own research and make your own judgement.

I had an XPS-2 on a H&K MR556, which is a lower 1/3 cowitness on that rifle because of the piston system raising the rail up. When I sold that rifle, I had an extra AR sight and also happened to have an H&K 516 in the safe not wearing anything. The two made friends. It is as close to a true cowitness as you can get with an EOTech (see pics).

Again, do your research. Lots of people like them. I generally prefer to favor Aimpoint.

Here is the XPS-2 with Troy BUIS. I couldn't get the reticle to focus, but it gives you an idea of the cowitness.

From what it looks like to the shooter.

Thank you for this objective post. I currently run a Holosun 510c-Gr with one of their x3 magnifiers from time to time on my MP15. I’m wrapping up a 2A build and was offered my pick of the litter from EOTech’s current lineup, and thought I might throw it on the 2A rifle.
