So I want to get the 17 Designs folder finished so I more than likely can get rid of it.

I have a spare toolcraft BCG sitting around to use on it, so I ordered an Aero Pro

Are you all dedicating a charging handle/BCG to each upper, or is it ok to use 1 charging handle/BCG for multiple uppers? I've always dedicated one for each upper, but always wondered if it would be ok.

I have always had one for each, but I'd imagine as long as you have the right bcg it would be fine.

Got it put together last night.

    20220110_210749.jpg

The comp sticks right outside of the rail

    20220110_204952.jpg

This was the first one I did. One of my docs at work wanted it, so I sold it to him
I went with a 9.3" rail over the 7.3", an Elftmann trigger over the CMC, and a Radian CH over a Strike Industries, and used Elftmann anti-walk pins b/c I didn't have any screw in on hand......all other parts are the same

I don’t think using one with hurt anything as long as the head space in correct.

That said, I will always use a designated bolt for each upper. Like anything else in metal machinery, the bolt and the barrel extension will start to break into together. This usually helps with reliability. Also I have some calibers that I use a HP bolt and smaller firing pin holes too.

They’re all saying because of the latest Covid breakout. The three sitting in my bar last night had gone so far as to all of their booths were already shipped and setup there at shot show and then they got the call to not go literally six hours before flying out

Swapped some parts off a pistol lower I had. Took the RA140 trigger and Strike Industries short buffer kit off. Added an Elftmann Pro Match, Aero buffer tube, pistol brace, and Armaspec SRS. I have an Aero Pro BCG and Radian CH on the way.......just need the 8.3" BA Premium barrel and then can it :D

I don't work for the city. My branch just so happens to be located in Dekalb County. I could see how working for the City of Atlanta for just 3.5 years could start to kill you.
