Alright here it is nearly finished! I finally got to shoot it tonight and it shoots great! For being a complete ar15 noob two months ago to building a fully functional one with no problems feels pretty good. I shot about a hundred rounds through it tonight and many more to come. I definitely want to get the angled grip for better control. Also, thank you Brett (SFSMedic) for the sights. The front one showed up today!

I am starting my AR pistol build today, going to pick up my lower from my FFL.
That means I am going to have 2 AR's (1-16" middy, and 1-11.5" pistol) Does that make me cool now?
The pistol wont stay a pistol for long, next summer I will have my stamp for SBR.

Turned out great and glad the sights made it ok. That tracking did get pretty funky lol. I like the two tone.

If anyone needs parts please check out the website IronworksTactical.com if you don't see what you want let me know i can probably get it and cheaper. To include aimpoint and eotech.

Save your pennies! If you want something bad enough you can find a way to get it.

28ØØ3 was cool enough to shoot me a PM and point out some out of skew prices (basically my troy rails were too high) ill adjust them when I get home and I will also do free shipping for forum members. Just register and shoot me an email at AO_Ironworks@att.net letting me know and I'll make you shipping exempt.

I'm a one man show and just getting started out here so I don't mind input at all guys. I still believe shops should be there for the customer.

I will be switching webcarts soon to get away from PayPal as they aren't exactly gun friendly so may need to re-register in the future.

Well that carbine course wont do you any good if you can't get to a rifle. 30 ARs stashed around the house is better than having 1 I can't get too :p
