I think its a 06 or 07 FFL for that if I'm reading it right.

I have an ffl01 not an 07 which is manufacturing. I wasn't going to sell reloads I was going to sell manufactured ammo (i.e. federal, armscor etc). Ill sell it local but not mail order. Just to complicated with all the crazy county ordinances. Such as it is illegal to ship to Los Angeles county or city but not anywhere in my county etc. to easy to go astray on that one. Just give me the state laws and federal laws but seriously every city and county?

Dat be correct. Unless you want AP or DD stuff.... then you need a 10/02, and to go boom you need a 20.

I'm not even going to discuss ITAR.

It seems like they try and make it near impossible to be a dealer in your state.

It is still legal to ship a bent charging handle across state lines though... ;)

Haha yeah. I laughed when you PMd me wanting that charging handle. The PM today was web funnier about watching the machinists try to fix it.

It was one of those challenging moments that can make a machinist truly great. :)

Gonna have to ease into that one. Had a couple large purchases lately and a couple still coming.

But I am taking a pistol class soon and will be applying for my permit after that, so I will not have to wait from there on out!

This thread makes me feel like I should bury a shipping container out back and fill it with ammo!

    stock, for now
I stopped by my favorite sporting store today..Handled the S&W AR sport again..I think I'm going to buy that one. I dont have the coin to buy the Stag I was looking at..Plus, I can always upgrade and make it the way I want it.

Can't beat it for $640..Right? lol
