All this hype in weapons, magazines and especially ammo reminds me of the ... "dot.com bubble" ...

 

Agreed. I'm still completely in awe of how much even these complete base models are going for.

IMO ... Prices for ammo will drop a lot when supplies catch up ... but AR-15s & etc. and high capacity magazine prices may still stay high ... depending on the new federal & state gun restriction laws.

I just bought 500 rounds of .40.

I wanted to be in the hysteria crowd. Next best thing when ya can't find 5.56

 

I just bought 250 of 9mm. I need to go to the gun store and stock up on some more... I bought the better stuff for now. I will go buy some RAM from the store.

IIRC ... About 10 days ago, wife bought (Remington 50 x 10 boxes) = 500 - 9mm for $139.00 at Clydes Armory in Athens, GA.

Probably. I found somewhere that has 223 5.56 in stock..but its expensive as fuck!


I bought the same box of 5.56 for half price.

 

$9.99 A box today on PSA but that shit didnt last long. Should have bought more than 10 boxes.

 

I tried. I was going to buy 11 boxes, but it wouldnt go thru.

Im going to go to a local place tomorrow and see whats up. I bought 5.56 from him a few months ago, and i paid 11.99 a box. Now on ammotogo, its up to $33 a box.

 

Thats rediculous. If you cant find any and really want some let me know and I will split what I got from PSA with you.

 

Im not in a hurry, really. I just would like to shoot my new AR i have had since october, and have yet to shoot. I dont want to shoot all my ammo up and not be able to find any..lol
