    Quick question since I'm gonna be sighting in the acog pretty soon... And my rifle is chambered for 5.56... Is it better to use 5.56 ammo since .223 is slightly less inaccurate..??? Or will it make any difference at all...

    no difference, however, most sights with elevation marks are sighted in for a certain weight (gr.) and the marks will only be calibrated for those weight bullets

    Decided to move the bipod up... The AFG2 is still far enough up that I can still "extend" my arm out... Looks better too lol

    I assume you mean the handguard? It's a Troy Ind. TRX Extreme 9.0, which eventually will get replaced with the tan version of same.

    They are nice and light, but they do heat up rather quickly in sustained fire. I typically wear flight gloves when shooting the AR in that kind of firing schedule.

    I keep wanting to take the EOTech off my SBR to lighten it up some - I love my DD fixed sights but I spent SO MUCH on the EOTech that I hate to not use it. :D

    Maybe after my 30 cal can gets approved, I'll be wanting to lighten it up some.
