Sorry forgot to mention the PSA kit comes with LPK, Grip, Stock and tube kit. Everything will probably get upgraded eventually (the grip is already being upgraded) but for right now I am just getting entry level stuff to get the gun built then I can hit some gun shows and see what I am buying before purchasing it :D

If you aren't going with a standard LPK check out mine. They are highly customizable.

Can I get a lpk with moe grip, kns anti walk and just a plain trigger? All the trigger options are none or the high dollar stuff - no plain option.

I will look into pricing out a mil spec trigger. Not sure why I never bothered with a mil spec trigger. Maybe I'm spoiled.

I bet the others are nice, I've never used one, I just always square up and polish the mil spec. Which one do you recommend? What are the advantages? What's the lowest option that makes a still makes a difference? I always use Timney in my 700's and love them just not sold on a $100+ AR trigger.

Added another (30) back into the stable. It takes me about an hour and 15 minutes to do them with a single stage press. These cases you MUST use sizing wax which means finger application before sizing then wiping them down afterwards with an old T-shirt to remove the wax. If you use regular pad type lube the case is guaranteed to stick in the die.

Yes it is 458 Socom and yes the 45-70 Lever Evolution Bullets, 325 grain FTX's. They work great in the 458. We can't get our max speed out of these but they perform very well on game. Most run these around 1600-1750 Max. Mine run around 1675 FPS. Thankfully you can reload the 458 SC cases over and over and over, they last forever.

For the money the ALG QMS is a nice introductory trigger it is a already cleaned up and polished mil spec trigger. The ALG ACT is the same thing but coated in a smooth nickel boron to make for even less gritty feel. Then you jump into the pricey triggers. I have both a Geissele SSA-E and Black Rain DIT in my guns. I've used a lot of different triggers. For hunting and precision shooting I'm a fan of the 2 stage Geisseles and for run and gun type stuff the single stages are what I like. Both my triggers have crisp 3.5# breaks with audible positive resets. The single stage has zero take up and slight over travel with a short reset making it a very fast trigger. The two stage Geissele has noticeable take up (first stage before hitting a stop (second stage) and crisp snap like break. Almost no over travel and a little longer reset than the single stage with minimal take up from reset. I like this pre travel for hunting and precision shooting as it allows like a trigger prep.

Go with the ALG ACT from ironworks. I have one and I like it a lot better than standard mil-spec triggers.

The geissele ssa-e is probably the best trigger I have ever shot in my life so far. It's so fast. If you wanna spend a little less but still have a fast trigger, check out the CMC flat bow trigger, I haven't shot one yet myself, but my buddy Keith (xcoastie on Instagram) has one in his war sport LVOA and likes it better than all his geissele triggers. 7000+ rounds without a cleaning and it still works like new. I'm thinking about buying one just so I can put it in my gun and call it a day.

Keith and I were talking a little about all this at SHOT but we were interrupted by my buddy deciding to sing journey at the top of his lungs (we were in a bar heavily having "fun") and of course he had to Instagram that! Hahaha. Keith's good people.

Thanks for the recommendation Doug and Brett! Sounds like I want a Geissele but I think I will go with the ALG ACT to give it a try.
