Ah, I should pay attention, I was thinking you were on to one of those JP Enterprise assemblies.
For 6 bucks, yep. I think the Tubbs I got from LaRue were more than that!

I just use standard BCM carbine springs and give them a quick wipe down with lube every once in a while.

Is that an ADM mount? I just got one, been running LaRues, but mine one has one bolt/cam lever. It doesn't look like yours

    I just ordered one.

I've spent quite a lot on one of my builds, and it emits the strangest noise from the buffer tube when fired. I figured the spring/tube just needed to wear in. For $10, it's worth a shot to get rid of that noise lol.

    Thanks for posting!

Why a heavy buffer if you have an adjustable has block?

Finally got to shoot my 6.5 today took about ten rounds to get it dialed in shooting some very good groups IMO with factory 123gr hornadys. Gonna load up some 123 gr. Nosler custom competitions with 26.5 grs of 8208 XBR, and CCI 450 primers. Hoping to get 5 rounds in the same ragged hole at 100 yds. :D
Very impressed with Bill Alexander's work!

Loving this Aimpoint T2 and the new BCM. Took both to the range for a hundred rounds of so. My Surefire spit its lens and o-rings all over the range - not sure what I'm going to replace it with. Got everything back together, just don't trust it now.

Can't see the pic. What Surefire model?

I'd say replace it with a Surefire Scout M600 Ultra.

It's an incandescent G2 with their LED conversion head. I don't think they offer either anymore. Might have to go with a scout. I love the Streamlight TLR series too, and those are a lot cheaper...we'll see. I think I can get a pretty good deal on the scout too.

I got my Scout on eBay for $275, it was new. They pop up often on AR15.con equipment exchange as well.

I've also had the single cell M300 version and that is pretty good too, but the 2 cell 500 lumen version is great.

You can't go wrong with either.

Just ordered the Streamlight for a new weapon after a decision battle. I love the look of the WML and know they are fantastic lights but, had to go with the same that I have been using.
