Why not? 300 blk is optimized for a 9" barrel.

 

Just ordered a Vortex Strike Eagle for my AR10 build. I'm anxious to try it out. I was really wanting a Trijicon Accupower 1-8 but at the end of my build funds are low. My plan is to try the Vortex save up for the Trijicon and move the Vortex to one of my AR 15s

 

I've got a few vortex products. I originally got them because of the industry discount they have but they're definitely solid optics.

Too bad $13 for shipping doesn't really make you get an actual deal.

Normally I would agree 100%. I just am not ready to bite the bullet and wait on paperwork for the SBR conversion. I just never have been a fan of the pistol style. Weird I know..Maybe when I have extra spare cash lying around.

 

I added 2 more and it went up $3 more dollars in shipping. So probably not as much but you'd have to order about 10-15+ at least to actually start cutting a decent deal seems.

 

For 20 to me, it says $24.04 which would be $9.20 per mag which still isn't terrible so IDK.

 

If they didn't charge an arm and a leg for shipping, it would be a great deal!

You're not going to need that Trijicon. You'll love the vortex.

Yea. We'll see. The Trijicon won't do much more than the Vortex. It's your money though. Either way, Vortex or Trijicon, you're coming out on top.

 

If I like the vortex works out I'll probably end up going with the 1-8 on the 308 and move the 1-6 to a 5.56.

 

Got a gen 2 psak47 on the way. Along with 500 rounds of 7.62x39 and 6 mags.
