Its been a couple years since I played with one but I remember thinking it was a decent upgrade to a standard Mil-Spec trigger. It felt smoother and crisper from what I remembered. Pull weight was still up there. If i remember right its designed to still meet the Mil_specs but be a nicer trigger at the same time.

I asked about them earlier this week. No one said they had experience with them.

Bought a Primary Arms 4-14x44 ACSS for the Grendel today. It's for a 556 but I think I can just use a Ballistics Calculator to dial my shots in right

The holdovers will be close enough for minute-of-dude shooting if you use 129 or 130 grain boolits. Play with a ballistic calc and compare the two rounds, they are close enough.

Cause I bought it for a less than what its advertised for. It was a "Couldnt pass this up" kind of deal and I was getting tired of trying to hit shots with the Bushnell. Dont get me wrong its an awesome hunting and basic scope but I wanted something a little more.
Was going to use a 123 ELD Match grade bullet but still gonna play around with some of the calculators.

I have an ACT in one of my lowers. It is basically a coated mil spec single stage trigger. They are an upgrade from a mil spec, a good trigger for the money, but not a match trigger.

The gun I have it in started as a general purpose 16 but is now more of a recce with a 1-4 scope. I will swap it for a ssa-e or similar at some point.

So I was looking at some Ballistic Calculators and the drop on the 123gr ELD Match vs the 62gr M855 and it's a close comparison on drop so maybe it'll be pretty close when using the new scope

Anybody have a Vortex Crossfire II 1-4 scope? I am thinking about buying one tonight but I'm not sure. I'll need rings too, not sure what to get.
