    I don't see it happening.

Without getting political I think a lot of these bills are introduced with no hopes of getting approved, they're just introduced so they can latter say "See I'm a supporter of the 2A we tried but we just didn't have the votes."

I know, I just said that hopefully they get some common sense laws on suppressors. For example: Its a suppressor why would even regulate them law.

Make sure you fiddle with the power switch on the back of the light and the buttons to ensure the tape switch isn't working before sending it off

Howdy there guys! I have 3 questions for you today.
    1. If I have a regular AR15 upper, and I have a glock style lower, will they be compatible? (the upper is chambered in 9mm, but is a regular upper in every other sense)

    2. Lets say they arent compatible, can I just buy the matching upper and put my barrel on there and call it a day?

    3. Can I simply add a 300blk barrel to that original upper and it will fire 300blk now?

    1. I'm assuming you mean an AR lower that takes Glock style magazines? If so, then generally speaking your AR-9 upper should mate up fine with any AR-9 lower. There are also mag well adapters to convert an AR-15 lower to an AR-9.

    3. Would need to change at least barrel and BCG. You'd also need to make sure your stripped upper has a full ejection port. They are shortened on some AR-9s.

You should speak to the manufacture of said upper and lower and ask them.

    1. You don't have an AR-15 upper or lower, you most likely have AR-9 which isn't mil spec

    2. Not sure what you have, and respectfully, not sure if you know either

    3. No, different ejection port, BCG, etc. Uppers (and AR parts in general) are so cheap right now, there's little point in replacing a barrel, unless you're in to high end stuff

From what I understand they're regular AR15 parts, but with the right 9mm parts in order to run 9mm. On the lower I had to use a torkmag glock adapter.

This is the upper I have from Delta Team Tactical

"6228-3 Aero Precision 9mm AR-15 Ultimate Pistol Kit 7.5" Nitride Barrel 7" M-Lok Handguard Includes Nitride **BCG** (Everything Except Lower)"

I cant link to it because it was purchased a long time ago and no longer exists.

and this is the lower I want to pair it with:

You will have to find someone who's tried to mix brands, call one or both manufacturers, or try it. Again the 9mm is not mil spec, just like the AR10. So unless you're buying the same brand, or whole, you're on your own.
No, I don't think you can use a 300 blackout rifle barrel in your AR9 pistol upper.
If I were you, I'd start buy buying a whole rifle, or at least sticking with AR15 platform and sourcing components from same manufacturer, like PSA.
