    Ok my turn. I only left the lower at the ffl. When i looked through the rst of the stuff I have the grip and lpk then I have the rifle buffer, spring, and tube but no backing plateor castle nut.

    I had to check mine and it was labeled as M5 LPK but pretty much a lower m4 kit with a separate bag for the m5 specific parts

    OK somebody enlighten me here please. I haven't ever messed with a full length A2 reciever extension before. I wanted a regular fixed stock on this. Do you not use a backing plate and castle nut with this tube?

    OK this pic makes it look like the A2 extension doesn't use the backing plate and castle nut. I'm going to have to refer to the tube of You's to see if there is an installation video. IDK how you'd torque the tube. I am sure at least one of you all has done this before.

    Well according to what I see the A2 full length extension doesn't uuse anything to secure it it just screws into the reciever and the stock holds it in place

    I watched a few videos. Super simple the only debates I saw were whether to use loctite or not and whether to just smog it up with a wrench or according to the Marine manual it takes like 39 pounds of torque
