Is that a fat joke?
I really need to decide what I want on this one. I know I'll run an Aero enhanced upper with rail. I'm not sure on barrel, stock, or optic right now. I'm leaning towards staying with BA, Magpul, and Vortex though.........cause I like "my" brands

It shoots great. SUB MOA with just basic reloads and FGMM. Supposedly it'll do half moa but meh its an AR not a precision rifle for me.

These days though...I would go with a cheaper option. Theres plenty of options out there at half the cost (or more) that will shoot subMOA. Back in 2015/16 it was a different story (especially in the AR-10 world).

The R25 in 243 Winchester shoots ok. It wasn't cheap when I bought it though 14-15 years ago.
These were best results but it shoots 75 and 80g well too.

That’s what I thought. I really like that stock but have a full A2 tube so I’m going with the MOE fixed stock.

Just finished fine tuning it and dialing in the setup Feels about same weight as the SLS but The adjustments are awesome LOP comb, butt pad is able to be raised and angled. Really impressed with it for 1/2 the price of the regular PRS

Carbine buffers work fine, but a good rifle-length buffer system makes a nice difference for .308

Makes it nice and heavy too :p

Yes Sir I have a feeling this will be a fr boy when it’s done. I question some of my choices on the last build as it ended up at 11 pounds but damn it shoots good

    Just a FYI

Elftmann triggers will work for all platforms. I bought an AR9 yesterday for $200 and then realized that the AR10 one I bought for $164 shortly afterwards would have worked too.

So something to consider for the guys going Aero. Specifically the Aero BCG. I finally got it out today to run the first rounds. Was super frustrated with failure to feed and weak extraction. Also very difficult to extract live round in chamber. Was thinking undegassed which would be very odd. Turns out Aero puts a 2nd O ring on the extractor spring. Well this completely eliminates any movement in the extractor causing it to be too stiff and the failure to feed. Simple fix was to remove one of the two o rings. Extractor started working as intended immediately
