Doug Thorley headers, urd 7th and Trd Supercharger, bilstein lift, trd locker just installed.
You want to round the back of the shifter with a file. I laid my dizzier down on that side and it cracked my crankcase through the case saver.

    Ordered:

new rear tire (kenda k270 5.10/18)

Hammerhead gold knurled +10mm shift lever

    MSR +1" shift lever

I think the hammerhead one will be long enough but i ordered the MSR just in case

As much as i absolutely hate to say it, this MSR +1 shift lever fits the best.

The stock is aluminum and is of better quality...

This hammerhead designs is of absolutely amazing quality.

The MSR is steel and made in Taiwan :(

But...both the stock and the hammerhead designs levers rub the case saver. Which is unacceptable.

So i guess i have to run the MSR +1

    Stock vs hammerhead:

    Stock VS. MSR +1:

    MSR +1:

Hammerhead +10mm: this one is super close:

So I got an 03 drz 400 I just bought for a steal of a price anyways ever thought about the unbreakable levers by sunlit with the adjustable on the fly clutch lever. Had them on my old drz 350. I just recently bought the 400 and they will go on it after I redo the clutch. Also make sure you do the 3x3 mod and rejet if you haven't already

    Thats
Thats one thing i'm not crazy about my Zeta levers, I have to carry an 8mm wrench to adjust them. Oh well, at least they're adjustable :)

3x3 mod was done after the jet kit and before the MRD exhaust. The intake thump and scream with that hole cut in the top is insane, so glad the exhaust masks it pretty well.

Enjoy your dizzer man! Thanks for stopping in

Rejet, 3x3 and exhaust seem to be the most common way people get more out of these bikes. You could always go up a tooth or 2 in the back and get more torque.

Or dump a ton of $ into the engine to make it a little faster

Yea list of soon to be mods all at the same time is exhaust, rejet, and 3x3 so I can get the correct jets the first time not have to keep swaping them out everytime I add power

I might do those eventually but right now I'm happy with the bike. I didn't want something with tons of power so stock so far this thing is great!

Down one in the front is cheaper and easier. Leave the back alone.

Biggest power adder on these bikes is the 39mm FCR carb and the MRD zpro exhaust

Then if you still need more, you can do cams and big bore
