    After looking everything over, it appears there are three idler pulleys and the one tensioner.

    So thats $150 in pulleys and $90 in a tensioner. Plus $30 for the belt.

    Would i be crazy to just do the belt and say "fuck everything else?" I mean, there is only 62500 miles on the truck. But i don't want to get that cracked belt off and then feel a pulley and wish that i had replaced it (or the same with the tensioner).

    It seems that literally no one has a write up on this for a 4.0 or at least they fucking suck at titling and i can't find it.

    Ideally, i'd like to do this once and be done but its entirely to much fucking money.

    Pull the belt, check all the pulleys (idlers and tensioner) make a list and hit the parts store on the bike. Don't replace it if it doesn't need to be replaced. But if you don't replace a worn bearing then the new belt will be trash for whenever you put a new pulley in

    Can't help with the pulleys, but make sure the belt is installed correctly on all the pulleys. A member on here destroyed there front main crank seal due to the belt not being on correctly.
