    4 of 4 screws backed out and 3 of 4 fell out. The last one was about 4 turns away from coming out

    I have been monitoring my O2 voltages ever since i installed my Ultragauge the other day. The voltage of the primary (upstream) O2 sensor is within the range it is supposed to be, 0.8-1.2 but the voltage range of the secondary (downstream) O2 is all over the place. Anywhere from 0.0-1.0

    Something doesn't seem right. The P0420 code comes and goes just like the voltage on that sensor. Any thoughts?

    Can be the cat. If you have access to someone with a techstream you can pull up the monitors and see where the value of oxygen holding is at.


    Could also be an exhaust leak issue. A graph would show you that in a sporadic looking graph

    Its all new though....

    Not sure why its so lean/sporadic.


    I have noticed that its only on decel/closed throttle coasting where the voltage drops to 0-0.2

    On acceleration is when it bounces all over the place.

    At idle the upstream is 0.9-1.0 and the downstream is 0.6-0.8

    The code still coming back? It should move around a bit. And it should lag behind the front a/f a second or 2.

    Ideally you want to watch it in a graph while adding and removing fuel with a scan tool

    And it’s got 2 Cali spec cats or fed? I have 2 fed spec cats and they test just above the “ok” mark according to the trucks computer. But I never ended up with a pending code.

    Could always just run a urd simulator

    @RobP62 i’m considering picking up an auxbeam 22” spot/flood combo light bar from Amazon

    Just ordered some 90/100 watt halogen bulbs to try. I hope they help a little. These low beams are useless.
