Anyone hving issues with the locker not engaging? It worked before I had it regeared to 4.8&’s and now it won’t engage.

Finding oil in the solenoid and the gear jnagaller ja telling me to take the airline off and blast it with brake cleaner then re attach it to the solenoid and turn it on to oush the diff fluid/etc out of the line into a cup. The to reattach it to the diff and try it again.

Starting to think buying a lot of ARB kit was a bad idea, eapecially given all the issues I’ve had to date with various kit.

    Haha...not doing it...can't make me!
Sorry to hear, I know the pain. I ended having to pull a lot of components apart and inspect them after having issues after a fresh install. I cleaned quite a bit of metal out of various sections and have not had any issues since. My advice would be to ensure your electrical side is working, then start at the solenoid(s) and troubleshoot from there, breaking down each section.

not yet, scheduled to have it taken apart in nov, by the shop who did the work. Means a trip back to van, but I seriously do not trust anyone in Alberta and this guy know his stuff. We think it is a clogged port in the air locker.

    Workin' on it....
I think the yellow tape is specifically meant for petroleum based gases. I’d stick with the white Teflon tape or Loctite.

Maybe this has been asked before (I didn't read all the comments) but why is your compressor even on if you don't have your locker engaged? Don't you have it on a switch? I know this doesn't solve your problem, I am just wondering.

It's either leaking from a pinched copper line going to the bulkhead or by one of the seals in the seal housing. Those are really the only two places it'll leak inside.
