I did not see this until now. I will go out in the morning and tell you the exact hardware I used. Make sure to use large washers too because the plastic on those mounts is expensive and my drill accidentally tore through one

Much appreciated. I figure why figure it out the hard way when I can just politely ask.

Please excuse my tardiness but I have your answers. The screw I used was 2.5 inches long with accompanying bolts. Really use whatever want as long as it’s not to big. Then I used 4 crush washers, 8 1” wide washers and four bolts with built in crush washers and plastic filling to avoid backing outE9809631-9AFB-4B76-B8AA-1182121BB552.jpg557E8E3E-D8B4-44FC-945D-F5302A17D948.jpg with the pictures you can see the order which I placed them and if you have any other questions dm me your number and I can call ya’. Sorry time has been very thin for me lately so a phone call would be easiest

Thank you sir, I can make that work. Probably invert the bolt for extra roof clearance and stainless hardware to prevent corrosion.

The “plastic filled” nuts are referred to as “Nylocks” or at least are commonly in aviation where I cut my teeth when I was enlisted.

Thank you for the Nylocks! I didnt invert them because its easier to fhold a wrench down there and use a drill on top than hold an allen wrench down there and drill the bolt on top if that makes sense

Makes sense. If I go that route I’ll mark them for length and hacksaw off the excess.

Hello and sorry to revive this. Those of you who used the 39H on the OEM bars, did you cut out the little tab as described in the manual? Seems like it may fit more flush around the bar. I don't want to cut it out and realize you left the tab in. upload_2023-6-18_21-16-13.png
