Have a 1st gen with ARB Bull Bar and Warn M8000. When I put the bar on, I installed the winch first. It has been a long time since I pulled the bumper, but it is a PITA as I recall, especially when doing alone.

Getting ready to sell the truck and pick up a 3rd gen. Want to pull the winch to transfer to a C4 lo pro bumper on the new tacoma. Has anyone installed or pulled a winch on the 1st gen with ARB while the bull bar was still bolted up to the truck? There appears to be room to unbolt the winch, rotate it, and squeeze it out, but can't be sure until I actually get into it. Would really prefer to not have to pull the bumper if possible.

it can be done but its hard. The arb is only held on with 6 bolts its a snap to remove it. Interested in selling that ARB by chance ?
