    Here's the story:

Found a killer deal on a bull bar off craigslist (yes it pays off to be checking every couple days.) It came with the large bumper->chassis mounts but not the crossmember that the skid plate bolts to or chassis extensions required by the 96-97 and 01+ trucks.

My initial search led to several threads that said the parts are available from ARB, but my local offroad shop was told by their distributor that "ARB USA does not have them in stock and has no timeline on when or if they will be in stock"

    Much sadness.

What I need is either somebody with a 98-00 who installed a bull bar and kept those pieces, or somebody who has those pieces to be kind enough to get some measurements for fabrication purposes.

For those of you still with me, the pieces in question are the third picture down in this link: http://www.parksoffroad.com/tacomamods/arbbumperupdate/arbbumperupdate.htm

    Thanks in advance!

I made mine just by measuring the truck and bumper .

Not that hard to figure out

I also when much thicker with the crossmember 1/4" or 3/8"

I would, but I don't weld and I'm not paying somebody to put a bumper on when I'm perfectly capable of doing so.

Anybody have the crush cans sitting around that they could measure for me?
